Directions for Use:

For nasal and eye hygiene:
Can be used daily, 1 to 6 rinses per day, depending on individual needs.

Nasal hygiene:
For instillation or rinsing of dry or congested nasal passages. Tilt your head to one side. Gently insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril and press lightly. Repeat for the other nostril. Return head to an upright position to allow mucus to drain, then wipe away any excess. Avoid blowing your nose forcefully for 10 minutes after use. For infants, instill the solution using minimal pressure to avoid any risk of fluid reaching the middle ear.

Eye hygiene:
Used for instillation, cleaning, or rinsing. Apply a few drops to each eye. Wipe off any excess with sterile compresses. Avoid contact between the bottle tip and the eye. If using other eye care products, begin with this saline solution and wait 15 minutes before applying the next product. Suitable for use with contact lenses.

Ear hygiene:
Used for rinsing. After using an ear-cleaning solution, this saline can be used to remove any loosened earwax and rinse the ear canal. A single dose unit can be used for both ears. Wipe off any excess solution with a compress.

Wound cleansing:
Rinse the wound using the entire contents of one unit. Wipe off excess solution from healthy skin only. Do not allow the tip of the unit to touch the wound surface.

Inhalation via aerosol therapy:
If using the solution as a solvent with other inhaled products, refer to the instructions provided with the medication. If using the saline on its own, follow the instructions of your aerosol device.
