Ingredients per tablet:

• Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) root powder – 300 mg
• Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) hydroalcoholic extract 10:1 from root – 200 mg
• Inactive ingredient: Microcrystalline cellulose

Directions for Use:
Women and girls over 14 years old: 1 tablet, 3 times per day before meals.
In periods of low vitality, 2 tablets 3 times per day may be used for short durations (up to 14 days).
Tablets may be swallowed with water, crushed in the mouth for quicker absorption, or split in half if needed.

Precautions:
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid prolonged sun or UV exposure while using the product.
Use with caution in individuals taking anticoagulants or those with bleeding tendencies.
