What we do for you?
To place an order, you need to create a customer account with a valid email address, where you will receive updates about your order. We recommend checking both your inbox and spam folder for notifications.

Product prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT. The only accepted payment method is online payment using a Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard.

Orders Placed Before 1:00 PM Can Be Modified by Phone
If you need to make changes to your order, you can do so by calling us at 01455619663 before 1:00 PM on the same day.
After this time, modifications may no longer be possible as the order will be processed for shipping

Orders Placed Before 2:00 PM Will Be Collected by the Courier on the Same Day
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be picked up by the courier on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and bank holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, including a unique order number. If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam or junk folder.
