Delivery 

Our company Adrian Robu LTD is responsible dispatching the orders through our delivery partners Royal Mail,DPD and Amazon.

Our products are delivered by Royal Mail,DPD or by Amazon.

Our company is not responsible for the incorrect entry of the delivery address, delays or the signing by someone else of the receipt of the order.

Orders are shipped on the same working day (Monday-Friday), excluding bank holidays and legal holidays, if they are purchased before 2 p.m.

Delivery time:

1 st Class – 1-3 working days

2nd Class – 3-5 working days

Here at FarmaciadinUK(Adrian Robu LTD), customer satisfaction is our policy. In some cases, however, you may find yourself needing to return items.

28 day hassle free guarantee

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you can return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to us. Upon receipt, we will be happy to issue a full refund for the item.

Alternatively, you may wish to exchange it for another one. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Payment: You can use your credit or debit card to pay for the products you buy on our site. No money is charged before shipping the goods from the warehouse. (when the customer places an order, our payment processor reserves the amount on your card, but we are not allowed to charge the card until the goods have been dispatched)

Warranty – all products come with a 24 month warranty in accordance with UK consumer laws.

Refund – the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to inform you of their wish to return the product (without any reason) After this date the customer has an additional 14 days to send the goods back.

All T&Cs must be accepted by the customer prior to check-out.

Returning an item

To return an item, please send it in its original packaging and accompanied by a note stating your name, address and reason for return to.

Delivery charges are per order:

An order can be delivered to only one address. If you wish to ship orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

DELIVERY TERMS

We use Royal Mail First Class to send most of our orders and these should be received by the customer within 1-3 working days of placing the order. On rare occasions, Royal Mail has difficulty delivering parcels on time due to the Covid situation. If your item is not delivered at the agreed time, please contact us, but it may take 15 days for Royal Mail to complete their investigation and initiate a refund.

Standard delivery

• Standard deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail First / Second Class same day for orders received by 2pm and next day for the rest.

If there is proof of delivery by Royal Mail – Please start an investigation with you. Based on the results of the investigation, we can offer you a refund of up to £30 for your lost items.
