Our products are delivered by Royal Mail,DPD or Amazon.

Our company Adrian Robu LTD is not responsible for incorrectly entering the delivery address, delays or signing someone else’s receipt of the order.

Orders are shipped the same day if purchased until 2 p.m.

Delivery time :

1 st Class – 1-3 working days

2 nd Class – 3-5 working days

Here at FarmaciadinUK(Adrian Robu LTD), customer satisfaction is our policy. In some cases, however, you may need to return the items.
28-day trouble-free warranty
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with an item you received, you may return it to us within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition. Upon receipt, we will be happy to offer you a full refund of the item.
Alternatively, you may want to change it to another. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
Payment: You can use your credit or debit card to pay for the products you purchase from our site. No money is charged before shipping the goods from the warehouse. (When the customer places an order, our payment processor reserves the amount on your card, but we are not allowed to debit the card until the goods have been shipped)

• Warranty – all products come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with UK consumer law.
• Refund – the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to inform you about the desire to return the product (for no reason) After this date the customer has an additional 14 days to ship the goods back.
  All T&C must be accepted by the customer before check-out.
  Returning an item
  To return an item, please ship it in its original packaging with a note indicating your name, address and the reason for the return.
  Delivery charges and options Delivery
  charges are per order:
  An order can be delivered to a single address. If you want to send orders to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place a separate order for each address.

  DELIVERY TERMS
  We use Royal Mail First Class to ship most of our orders, and they should be received by the customer within 1-3 business days of placing the order. In rare cases, Royal Mail has difficulty delivering parcels on time due to Covid’s situation. If your item is not delivered at the agreed time, please contact us, but it may take 15 days for Royal Mail to complete the investigation and initiate a refund.
  Standard Delivery
  • Standard deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail First / Second Class on the same day for orders received until 2pm and the next day for the rest.

If there is proof of delivery by Royal Mail – Please start an investigation with you. Based on the results of the investigation, we can offer you a maximum refund of GBP 30 for lost items.
