How is it taken?
Daily internal use. The recommended maintenance dose for people without health problems is 1-3 teaspoons / day in the morning. For sick and weak / sensitive people, a dose of 4-6 teaspoons / day is recommended in the morning.
The nutritional properties of dry pollen are absorbed by the body best when it is hydrated, about 20-30 minutes after water, fresh juice or yogurt.

Royal jelly, a white, viscous substance, is a form of secretion from the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of worker bees. It is also known as a ‘superfood’ that is consumed exclusively by the queen bee/queen mite. In the hive, royal jelly is also necessary for brood feeding and is briefly fed to bee larvae. Basically, it is the exclusive food given to young larvae during the first 3 days of life and is used as a special food for the hive throughout its life cycle. Royalactin, an essential protein that is part of royal jelly, is what allows the morphological transformation of a larva into a queen/queen. It is also thanks to this essential compound that royal jelly is responsible for the longevity of the queen compared to the lifespan of worker bees.

In a proportion of 50%-60%, royal jelly consists of water, proteins (18%), carbohydrates (15%), lipids (3%-6%), mineral salts (1.5%) and vitamins. Based on modern spectrometric analysis, about 185 organic compounds were detected in royal jelly, royalactin being one of the most important proteins present in royal jelly. In addition, royal jelly is composed of a significant number of bioactive compounds, including 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-hda acid) which also has immunomodulatory properties.
